1.3 Apple Music, MusicKit, and API Data

SpinUps uses Apple MusicKit to display music content and enable playback for users with an Apple Music subscription.

When you connect Apple Music, Apple may share:

• Playback eligibility (whether you have an active subscription)
• Catalog permissions
• API tokens required for playback

SpinUps does NOT receive or store:

• Your full Apple account information
• Your Apple Music password
• Your Apple billing details
• Your listening history (unless you grant Apple permission, and even then Apple may restrict what is shared)

All audio, artwork, album covers, and metadata remain the property of their respective rights holders.

1.4 Login Through Third-Party Services

If SpinUps supports third-party login (e.g., Apple, Google), we may receive:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile image (if the provider allows it)

We do not receive your passwords for those third-party accounts.
